Why Resumes Don’t Work Anymore

Most people don’t realize that sending resumes and replying to job postings is statistically unlikely to result in actually getting an interview, let alone a job. Today’s Internet age has made responding to job postings and almost effortless task. This makes it very easy for job seekers to literally send hundreds of resumes every day. So many resumes came in that they can’t possibly look at all of them. A few are pulled out that look good and the rest never get considered.
